Worship Leaders: These volunteers serve on weekends “out front” leading the church in worship. We believe this is a place of humility. Although you will hear some singing solos, we do not consider them soloists; they are worship leaders first. An audition and interview is required.

Band: These volunteers serve on weekends by using their musical abilities as instrumentalists who lead with humility and skill. Reading standard rhythm charts, number charts, and letter charts is a prerequisite. An audition and interview is required to be a part of our band rotation. 

Tech: These volunteers provide technical support during weekend services, Youth services, Kids' services, and other events TSC hosts. This team of lyric operators, lighting techs, switcher operators, camera operators, audio engineers, and producers is rarely seen, but plays a very important role to ensure events run smoothly. Training is provided for all positions, however some require more in-depth training and experience.
